‘an exit child is…’

An introduction to what being an Exit Child means to us.

“they're not long breaking the ice on their fifth-ever gig with a barrage of bold, bare-chested bravado, throbbing angst and aggro.”

Vibrant, energetic and in-your-face, guitarist and ringmaster Anya Pulver confidently commands the grungy circus of angst and anarchy.
— Upset (2000trees Review)

What sets Exit Child apart from other bands? Nothing.

We all just want to be heard, to be understood. We want to make music that matters.

The grunge-pop style is dark yet warm, almost comforting considering the topic of being struggling with mental health.

A sucker-punch-to-the-feels
— LOUD WOMEN

Fresh-faced and full of the feels, Exit Child are seizing UK stages with their “grungy circus of angst and anarchy” (Upset) - delivering jarring pulses, seething guitars and emotionally riotous vocals with “a barrage of bold, bare-chested bravado” (Kerrang!).

Exhibiting an introspective dissection of compassionate anarchism, this Bristol band stand with the disillusioned of their time - encapsulating both suffering and hope; the pain of disempowerment and the beauty of empowerment.

As the guitars are turned up, the anxiety returns with her finishing the exhilarating 3 minutes and 9 seconds by looking inwards, once again with trepidation
